Preparation of Chow/Chow Mein

Chow mein is a very popular fast food. It can be prepared easily at home by following some steps. At first, chow is bought from the market. Then it is broken into pieces. Next, these pieces are boiled in water. After that, the water is drained out and let the chow to be dry. Later vegetables like carrots, beans, cabbage, onions and capsicum are cut into small pieces. Then a frying pan is heated and a little oil is poured into it. Next, the chopped vegetables are fried and the drained chow is mixed with the vegetables. Then the required quantity of salt, Ajinomoto and soya sauce are mixed with it. Everything is fried a little more time. Now the chow mein is placed on a plate.
